What about part shipments?
If you want your order part shipped, simply tick the box "Allow Part Shipping" on the final order screen. If this is NOT ticked then your order will ship when all items are in stock. If possible choose items that are in stock to avoid extra freight costs for multiple shipments.
How do I know the weight of my goods?
The weight of the goods that you are purchasing will be automatically calculated during the checkout process.
When will my goods arrive?
If the goods are in stock you can expect delivery within 24 to 48 hours. Australia wide next day delivery is only possible if the goods are in stock and your order is received by 2:30pm AEDST.
Important note!
All deliveries are sent with registered couries who MUST obtain a signature at time of delivery - they are not permitted to leave goods without a signature and will return the goods back to our warehouse in the event that nobody is available to sign for the goods.
If the goods are for home use you might want to have the goods sent care of your work address as we cannot predict the exact time that the couriers will deliver goods to your home (deliveries can occur anywhere between 9:00am-5:00pm weekdays, depending on your postcode).
